I was excited when I ordered from addictmiami.com because the photos made the item look so nice. But when it arrived, my heart kind of sank. The color was noticeably different, and it just didn’t look like the same thing in person.

I went back and checked the listing because I thought maybe I had missed a detail or misunderstood something, but no, the photos really made it look better than what showed up. It felt a bit frustrating because I was expecting something much closer to what was advertised.

Overall, it was a disappointing experience. I don’t think I’d order again unless they start using more realistic photos, because getting something that looks that different is such a letdown.

I do understand businesses get busy and all of that, but it would have been nice to at least get some useful update or something. It made the whole thing frustrating, and I probably would not order again if I thought I might need help with anything.

I asked for a refund and, i’ve just been getting the runaround for weeks now. It’s been really frustrating, and at this point I’m not ordering from here again.

I ordered my usual size, but the fit was nothing like what the size chart suggested. It was way too tight in a few places and weirdly loose in others, so I could not really wear it comfortably. I ended up returning it, which was frustrating because the sizing info seemed clear when I ordered
